My approach is chef driven and highly customized. Each menu is thoughtfully created around the client, the occasion, and the experience they want to share, from intimate dinners to larger celebrations.
I've been cooking professionally since graduating from Newbury College in 2000, with experience and knowledge across a wide range of cuisines and styles. My goal is simple: elevated, approachable food, thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented.
